There's something horribly consistent about western Kansas. Every school you see is closed. This badly neglected specimen is in the tiny town of Collyer. But imagine it cleaned and polished. It could be a hotel! The town hasn't had one since the great fire of December 29th, 1907 which gutted its only public lodging, an inn run by a Mr. J. Matthews. It won't take much to bring it up to the standards of nearby motels.
